As the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying at Blue Stone Management, I bring a broad range of experience in project controls, quantity surveying, cost estimating, and program management. I’ve led major infrastructure and sustainability programs valued between $3 billion and $9 billion, working across both public and private sectors.

My background includes projects in education, transportation, healthcare, renewable energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, and commercial and industrial construction. I’ve supported initiatives in higher education, aviation, data centers, green building, and environmental risk mitigation, each requiring tailored cost strategies and thoughtful planning.

I’m passionate about delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions that meet regulatory requirements and exceed client expectations. Whether implementing LEED-accredited strategies or developing Climate Action Plans, I focus on aligning project goals with long-term value and resilience.
