As an Executive Quantity Surveyor at Blue Stone Management, I bring hands-on experience delivering complex projects across a wide range of sectors, including education, aged care, healthcare, data centers, residential and mixed-use developments, sports and recreation, and aquatic facilities. My project background spans both Australian and international markets, including the USA and New Zealand, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on cost management across diverse environments.

My expertise includes cost planning, tendering and negotiation, post-contract administration, value management, and cost reporting. I’m committed to working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage and control costs while helping project teams achieve their overall goals. Whether supporting early master planning or overseeing contract delivery, I focus on clear communication, integrity, and performance.
