Associate Director of Cost Management – Asia
 

As Associate Director of Cost Management, Sandy is responsible for overseeing the full range of quantity surveying and cost management services. She is committed to the principle that rigorous cost discipline enables higher quality outcomes, ensuring a client’s vision is realized on budget and to the highest standard.

Based in Hong Kong, Sandy has extensive pre- and post-contract experience in cost planning and management for a diverse portfolio of projects, including office fit-outs, data centres, education, retail, residential, and large-scale integrated developments.

​

She is proficient in all aspects of cost control, procurement, tendering, and contract administration. She has experience in a wide variety of procurement methods, including Lump Sum, Design & Build, and Management Contracting.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Surveying – The University of Hong Kong

• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS QSD)

• Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS (QS))
