Associate of Cost Management – Asia
 

As an Associate of the Cost and Contract Management division within Asia, I am responsible for leading a team of surveyors to provide a full spectrum of core quantity surveying consultancy services for diverse sectors, including Data Centres, Education, Retail, Office Fitout, and Residential Development.
 

My pre- and post-contract experience encompasses cost planning, procurement, contract administration, claim resolution, and final account negotiation. With extensive experience gained from a variety of projects, I specialise in various forms of procurement methods, including traditional Lump Sum, Design & Build, Guaranteed Maximum Price, and Management Contracting, which enable our clients to achieve their project objectives on time and on budget successfully. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Surveying – City University of Hong Kong

• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS QSD)

• Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS (QS))
