Vincent Liu

Associate Director of Project Management – Asia

I’m an accomplished project director with 16+ years of industry experience across industrial, educational, welfare, animal care, residential, shopping mall, food production, and data centre projects. I specialize in project and commercial management, programming, phasing planning, and stakeholder management.

I have held senior management roles with clients, contractors, and consultants, managing projects from the front with a focus on project management, budget control, progress, quality, and delivery to timeline. My experience includes contract procurement and administration, managing construction works, and liaising with external consultants and internal departments.

My approach emphasizes clear communication, organization, and coordination across project teams. I bring the ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project progress, quality, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
