Danny Leung

Associate Director of Cost Management – Hong Kong

I am the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying in Hong Kong at Blue Stone. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years of experience, I have worked across the construction field including, real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, data centre, and commercial sectors throughout Hong Kong, Macau, Japan and the wider Asia region. My background includes both consultancy and in-house corporate roles, giving me a well-rounded understanding of project delivery, financial governance, and commercial decision-making.

I specialize in cost planning and estimating, budgeting, procurement strategy, tender and contract documentation, post-contract administration, cost reporting, and final account settlement. I work across the full project lifecycle, helping clients establish realistic budgets, select effective procurement approaches, monitor project expenditure, manage variations and claims, and maintain strong cost control through completion.

My experience includes complex luxury retail developments, hotels and resorts, airport facilities, airline lounges, entertainment venues, offices, and large-scale infrastructure projects. I bring a practical and collaborative approach to quantity surveying, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project requirements with commercial objectives and support successful delivery within budget and schedule.
