Associate Director of Project Management – Asia
 

I am the Associate Director of Project Management for Asia at Blue Stone. With a background in building surveying in Hong Kong, I bring extensive experience navigating the complexities of urban construction across a diverse array of projects, from high-rise residential towers and F&B/hospitality developments to commercial projects and infrastructure.

I specialize in project management from initiation and planning through execution and delivery, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, detailed planning, quality control, program management, and commercial management. I work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to provide clear direction, maintain project momentum, and ensure that project objectives are well understood and successfully met.

My approach emphasizes communication, collaboration, and informed decision-making. Whether addressing site issues, managing stakeholder expectations, or adapting to changing project requirements, I remain focused on quality, safety, and delivering results within budget and on timeline.

• Bachelor of Science with Honors in Building Surveying, Nottingham Trent University.
