With a career background in commercial real estate and a focus on capital structuring, I joined Blue Stone’s Quantity Surveying Department at its US launch in 2012, delivering cost management services across multiple sectors nationwide. From the outset, we have built a reputation for successfully delivering complex capital expenditure programs and have become the trusted name in financial management to many major organizations, providing cost certainty to their projects.

For me, Blue Stone is about providing accurate cost data, mitigating risk, capturing opportunities, promoting transparency, and empowering clients to align their financial obligations with strategic objectives.
