Associate Director of Cost Management - Australia

As an Associate of Cost Management for Blue Stone in Australia, I have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors, delivering accurate, timely advice across the full spectrum of quantity surveying services and a wide range of construction sectors.

​

With nearly two decades of experience in the field, I have been involved in projects spanning recreation, education, residential, retail, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. I provide support at every stage of the project lifecycle—from developing and managing budgets, conducting feasibility and option studies, and preparing pre-tender estimates and documentation, to identifying and pricing risks, leading value management exercises, evaluating tenders, and advising on procurement strategies.

My experience includes work on PPP, PFI, BOOT, ECI, CM, and D&C projects, as well as administering schedules of rates and traditional lump sum contracts. I strive to embody Blue Stone’s principles by bringing clarity to every project and consistently protecting our clients’ interests.
