Director - Australia ​

I am a Director within Blue Stone Management’s Quantity Surveying division, delivering cost management and quantity surveying services across a diverse range of sectors.

I provide construction cost advice across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and early design through to tender, construction and handover. My experience working with a broad range of public and private sector clients has given me a strong understanding of sector-specific risks, project challenges and the complexities associated with high-value projects.

I take a proactive and practical approach to cost management, with a strong focus on identifying and mitigating risk early in the design process. I work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and subject matter experts to shape design decisions, identify opportunities for value, and ensure project costs accurately reflect current market conditions.

I believe strong communication and collaboration are critical to the success of any project. I place a strong emphasis on building trusted client relationships and ensuring key stakeholders remain informed of design decisions, cost movements, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. My approach is focused on providing clear, considered advice that supports confident decision-making and helps clients achieve their project and design objectives.
Working closely with BSM’s Director team and broader specialist network, I take a holistic approach to project delivery, considering the full range of project inputs, constraints and lessons learned to provide practical and commercially focused advice.

I bring a realistic and hands-on approach to every project, regardless of its size or complexity. I was awarded the Master Builders Association (MBA) Best Student Estimator of the Year award during my studies

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Construction Project Management (Honours)

• Member Grade, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS)

• Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS)

• OHS/WorkCover General Induction for Construction Work in NSW
